No submission fees are charged.

Authors are not required to pay until they receive an official acceptance notification.

Article Processing Charges (APC)

​​

To support open-access publishing and the editorial workflow, the Global E-Journal of Social Scientific Research (ISSN: 3107-3883)  charges Article Processing Charge (APC) for each accepted manuscript.

• ₹5,000 INR (for authors based in India)

  $120 USD (for authors based outside India)

•The APC is payable only after the manuscript has been peer-reviewed and formally accepted for publication

APC Waivers and Discounts (Upto 30%)

​

We are committed to making publication accessible to all researchers, regardless of their funding status.

The following authors are eligible for APC waivers:

•Students (UG, PG, M.Phil., or Ph.D.) with valid institutional ID

•Researchers from low-income or lower-middle-income countries (as per World Bank classification)

•Independent or early-career scholars without institutional support

Institutional or Sponsored Funding

Authors whose research is funded by an academic institution, grant agency, or government body are encouraged to mention this in the acknowledgment section of the manuscript. Funding information should also be declared during submission.

If a third party (e.g., a university or sponsor) is covering the publication fee, authors may request an invoice or payment receipt by contacting the editorial office.

 

 

Publication of Papers Presented at International Conferences

​

• The Journal welcomes submissions of research papers that have been previously presented at national or international conferences, provided they have not been published in full in conference proceedings or any other journal.

• Authors must clearly mention the name, date, and location of the conference in the Acknowledgments or a footnote in the manuscript.

• If a paper was part of a conference abstract book or presentation slides only, it is still considered eligible for journal publication.

• Conference-presented papers are subject to the same peer-review and editorial process as all other submissions.

• The standard Article Processing Charges (APC) apply to these papers, unless a special MoU or agreement exists between the journal and the organizing institution.

Special Policy for Research Papers Presented at the International Conference of GCSDR

​

• The Global E-Journal of Social Scientific Research (Global JSSR) offers a dedicated publication route for research papers presented at the International Conference organized by GCSDR (Global Council for Scientific Development and Research).

• Authors who presented their work at a GCSDR-affiliated international conference are eligible for fast-track review and subsidized publication fees, subject to editorial approval.

 Eligibility Criteria

• The paper must have been presented (oral or poster) at a recognized GCSDR international conference.

• The author must clearly mention the conference name, date, and presentation type (oral/poster) in the manuscript under a footnote or acknowledgment section.

• The submission must be an extended or revised version of the presented abstract/paper and must not have been published in full elsewhere.

 Special Publication Charges

• Reduced APC for GCSDR presenters:

  • ₹6500 INR (for Indian authors)

  • $110 USD (for international authors)

• This discount is available only to authors who submit a valid conference participation certificate or confirmation letter.

Submission & Review

• Conference papers will undergo peer review like all other submissions.

• Authors must submit through the regular online submission system and indicate “GCSDR Conference Paper” in the subject line or cover letter.

Payment Methods

​

Upon acceptance, authors will receive payment instructions via email.

The journal currently accepts:

•Bank Transfer (NEFT/IMPS/RTGS) for Indian authors

•PayPal or International Bank Transfer for authors outside India

•UPI and QR Code payment options (for local convenience)Payment details will be included in the acceptance letter or issued upon request.

 

Receipts and Invoicing

​

•A receipt will be issued upon confirmation of payment.

•Invoices can be generated in the name of the individual author, institution, or funding agency.

•For tax purposes or reimbursement, please specify any billing details required at the time of payment.
