The Global E-Journal of Social Scientific Research (GEJSSR) requires that all research involving human participants upholds the highest standards of ethical practice and respects individual rights, dignity, and privacy

.1. Requirement for ConsentAuthors must confirm that informed consent was obtained from all individual participants included in the study.Where research involves minors or vulnerable populations, consent must also be obtained from a parent, guardian, or legally authorized representative.

onsent for PublicationIf manuscripts include personal data, images, case studies, or any identifying information, authors must secure explicit consent for publication from the participant(s).Identifying details should only be included if they are essential to the scientific purpose of the study and the participant has provided written permission.

3. Ethical Approval

Authors must state in their manuscript that the study received prior approval from a recognized Institutional Review Board (IRB)/Ethics Committee and that participants provided informed consent.

Example statement: “This study was approved by the [Name] Ethics Committee. Written informed consent was obtained from all participants prior to participation.”

 

4. Confidentiality

 

Authors must ensure that participant privacy and confidentiality are strictly maintained.Any identifying details not essential to the study should be omitted.

5. Publisher’s ResponsibilityThe journal reserves the right to request documentation of informed consent at any stage of the editorial or peer-review process.Manuscripts that do not meet these ethical requirements will be rejected or withdrawn.
